Booking

If a client books my services within less than a month of their intended shoot day, then they will be subject to a late booking fee of $25 for the scheduling inconvenience. To avoid this, make sure you submit your booking request and set your consultation date to be a month ahead of the day you would like to shoot.

Deposits

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be due on the day of the shoot. If you have not paid your deposit you will lose your consultation date along with the date you are trying to book. If you pay your deposit and do not show up to your consultation whether in person or online, again ALL deposits are non-refundable.  

Contracts

All contracts must be signed at the conclusion of each consultation. If for whatever reason you refuse to sign the contract, you will lose your booking date and your deposit will not be refunded. Contracts are an important tool I use for the accountability of all parties involved and will be explained in full during the consultation. 

Deadlines

The general deadline for each video will be within 14 days of the shoot day unless the client communicates that the video wont be needed until later than that or unless it is a wedding shoot. If you would like your video to be expedited and placed as "top priority" you can pay an additional fee of $50 (that will be added to your remaining balance) in order to get your video back within 7 days of the shoot day.

Revisions

All clients will be given one free revision. Each revision after that will be an additional charge of $50 that will be added on to your remaining balance. It is important that if you choose to use your free revision that you clearly communicate ALL things that you would like revised. Please also understand that based on my knowledge and experience in videography, I will know whether a revision you're asking for is possible or not and will communicate with you upfront if it is not.   

Deliverables

Clients may see a watermarked version of their video to preview for approval. No final renderings of the video will be sent until ALL applicable fees and charges are paid in full.

Refunds

The only form of "refund" possible when working with me would happen if you decide between your consultation day and shoot day that you would no longer like to use my services. At this point I would cancel your invoice for the remaining balance and you would no longer be responsible for paying it. Deposits are meant to pay me for my time and effort when it comes to your consultation (which is why it is non-refundable). The remaining balance is meant to pay me for my time and work I do on your shoot day. Once we reach the shoot day and the work has been done there would be no refund available.
